What is Property Management?

Property management allows our company to assist in managing Houston commercial, industrial and/or residential real estate. on the landlord's behalf.

Duties of property managers include

1. Accepting rent payment form tenants and mailing/ depositing it to landlord (our small mangement fee of $75-$85 will  be deducted from the rent payment)

2. Responding to and addressing maintenance issues

3. Providing a buffer for those landlords desiring to distance themselves from their tenant constituency!
